Cecilia joined EPL in 1995. She says, “For me EPL is ONE FAMILY & I didn’t feel like leaving this family of 25 years. I intend to retire at EPL. One will never find such a wonderful culture in other companies. The trust by my bosses & the freedom given at work till date keep me engaged here. I am happy to share that I never faced any major challenge in the past 25 years at EPL.”
