Aury started working as a Production Assistant in EPL in April 2017. She went on to work as a Supply Chain Coordinator, which led to the role of handling Supply Chain Master data. After working in Supply Chain, she got the opportunity to be a Project Manager in Sales. She said, “Working in EPL gave me the opportunity to show people that starting from zero is not as bad as everybody thinks. I have learnt many things in many different areas at EPL, things which were not taught in college”. At EPL, comfortable working schedules, opportunities to learn and grow are the areas that keep her rooted here.  She was all smiles talking about her ‘best manager at EPL’ – “he always allowed me to learn and explore all the areas of my interest, answered my questions and shared his knowledge.
