Chaitanya joined EPL in October 2019 as Manager – Graphics. Chaitanya has a team of 20 members directly reporting to him. Chaitanya shares, “EPL has an employee centric and ‘grow together’ culture. For many companies, customers are of prime importance. However, EPL is one of the few organizations where employees get equal importance.” He further said, “EPL has technological edge, robust quality systems and innovation culture to fulfil the ever evolving needs of the market. In the last one year, I learnt and unlearned many things as I was adapting myself to the dynamics of the tube making industry. During the lockdown, my manager entrusted me with various additional responsibilities, which inspired me to deliver my best. We got ourselves in ‘The show must go on’ mode and provided inputs to keep the lines up. My team supported me unconditionally and honoured the commitments without compromising on quality.”
