Benny joined EPL as Quality Engineer for a year and then moved on to become Head-Quality, Assurance. What he loves about EPL is empowerment. He can pick up projects. He gets to visit other factories. There is a lot of learning happening on the job. He likes his Manager’s style of working and his approach on an open-door policy.
