Dorota joined EPL in 2010. She has a Master’s degree in Quality Management. At EPL, Dorota worked in the Process Improvement team as an Engineer for a span of 5 years. She handled the role of Head-Quality Assurance during her boss’s second pregnancy. When Dorota shared her pregnancy news at work, her manager Magdalena and her colleagues were very supportive. Her responsibilities increased after she resumed post her maternity break, but she was happy to take charge and learnt under the guidance of her manager. She likes her job and feels safe and secure working with EPL.
