Wei joined EPL in 2014. Three reasons that keep him engaged in EPL are EPL’s Global Presence,  Healthy relationship with colleagues. People are quite supportive. The culture is open-minded, wherein we receive opportunities to implement ideas. Wei is happy that he receives timely appreciation from his Manager and colleagues. He appreciates the focus on constant learning and development initiatives. He completed a certificate Six Sigma training a few months back.
